This University will be first of its nature and it will cater to the needs of special persons regarding higher education, training & rehabilitation alongwith normal persons which are not available upto this time in Pakistan. |

The establishment of Dewa University will require government support in procurement of land at Karachi & Islamabad. |

This University will also require financial support by the government for initial financing and from Philanthropists / Aid giving Agencies from Overseas for development and construction whereas the running expenses will be arranged by DEWA. (INSHALLAH) |

Dewa University will be an Inclusive Education University providing facilities to both the normal and the persons with special needs. |

Dewa University plans to provide quality education from Pre-Primary to Ph.D level in traditional as well as modern disciplines. |

It will be a Research Oriented Institution of Excellence having related departments and technical/trade training units with maximum facilities any modern University could provide for special and the Integrated System as well. |
