To invest money of the Association for the purposeful need of the Association purely on non – commercial basis.

That the moneys, income and property of the institution / fund / trust howsoever derived shall be applicable solely towards the promotion of the objects of the institution / fund / trust and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of profit, dividendsbonus or otherwise to any of its members r their relatives.
